Derald is great to work with and always goes smoothly. Spectacular view of the gulf and bay, the condo is top notch, very clean and looks exactly ... The condo is absolutely beautiful and the view from the liane is stunning!!! Everything you would need is supplied in the condo.

We were unable to vacation in Ft Myers Beach this year. The owner of the condo worked with us on another rental date. Very nicely appointed condo in a GREAT location. Great communication with both the owner and the on-site manager.

Our cottages are pet friendly and are non-smoking. We are a pet-friendly resort but pets may not disturb other guests, and must be cleaned up after by owners. Pets must always be on a leash and restrained when not confined inside an RV, and that no pet may be left unattended outside of an RV, even on the site. There is a maximum of two pets per reservation with a $50 non-refundable fee per reservation for any pet in a vacation or cottage rental.
This is the 8 time that we have stayed at EBTC and this condo was one of the best we have stayed in!. We loved that we were just a few steps from the beach. We absolutely loved our time and the memories made at Poinciana! The house was more than spacious enough for our 6 person family to stay for a week.
