Her background is extensive with experience in Skilled Nursing, Hospice, Primary Care as well as inpatient facility management.

She attended North Carolina A&T State University before returning back to Baltimore where she found a second love in Real Estate. She is currently the Director of Operations for Interim Hospice and is driven by her own personal experience of having both of her parents on hospice. She takes pride in providing the best quality of service and the most compassionate care as possible. Charletta was recognized for completed several medical missions with Operation Smile in South America and Maryland. She is a native of Charlotte, NC and moved to the Charleston area two years ago and currently lives in Moncks Corner. When she is not keeping busy you can find her near any body of water, traveling, concerts or spending time with her family.
